Hi, I’m Ross Eaglesham, the founder and owner of Physifix, based in East Kilbride. I hold a degree in Sports Therapy, with a focus on musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions. My passion for helping people recover from injuries and live pain-free lives has driven me to develop expertise in a range of treatments, with a particular focus on sports injuries and rehabilitation.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the unique opportunity to work in elite football, traveling across Europe with top-level teams competing in the prestigious Champions League. These experiences allowed me to work with athletes at the highest level, helping them manage and recover from injuries under the pressure of professional sport. I’m also proud to have represented Scotland’s disability squads, where I applied my skills to improve performance and well-being in another inspiring environment.
My background enables me to treat a wide array of MSK conditions, from chronic pain to postural issues and everything in between. I’ve also expanded my skills with further qualifications in manual therapy and acupuncture, ensuring that I can offer my clients a holistic approach to their recovery.
At Physifix, I’m passionate about delivering high-quality care tailored to each individual’s needs, whether you’re an athlete working towards peak performance or someone simply looking to live a more comfortable, pain-free life.
Outside of the clinic, I’m an active person and have a keen interest in fitness and spending time at the gym. I’m also a proud parent to a lively 2-year-old, who keeps me on my toes! When I’m not busy with work or family, you’ll find me supporting Scotland’s football team, traveling home and away to cheer them on.
